Introducing The Butterfly Effect: Our Year-End Giving Campaign
The F.I.N.D. Design is formally launching its next chapter as the FLY Girl Institute. This campaign is the public launch of a national movement that centers Black girls and girls of color as innovators and leaders.
We are inviting you to become a founding investor in the FLY Girl Institute era. This is not about maintaining programs; this is about launching a future.
Our Mission & Goal
We are raising $25,000 between November 7 and December 2, 2025 to launch the next chapter of FLY Girl.
Your gift will sustain our trauma-informed, healing-centered programming. It will also fuel FLY Girl 2.0, featuring virtual reality integration and the infrastructure needed to scale our impact across the country.
This campaign will expand our ability to serve up to 44 girls with transformative spaces where they can breathe, lead, and rise.
This is more than a fundraiser. It is a movement. A bold step toward Black Girl Joy, innovation, and liberated futures.
